1. Go to the Windows search engine and search for "cmd"
2. Open the program that appears and search for the IP of your server.
3. Then, in the program, type "ping (IP)"

The program will tell you the ping you have, you can also use this to find out if your server is online or not.
For example, the command to find out your ping, if your server IP is 51.89.59.237, would be ping 51.89.59.237
