For this you need to have Paper on your server (does not work in 1.8.8)
Enter the paper.yml file, and look for the anti-xray option (line 125)

1. Enable the anti xray, line 126, set this option to true
2. Set the engine-mode to 2, line 127

Save the file and restart the server
